Hipstamatical Landscapes

In 2010 François Besch started 'phoneographing'. Using an iPhone 4 and the Hipstamatic application he realized a huge series of landscape pictures that all appeared like visual poetry. In 2011 he realized the first 'smartphone-only-exhibition' in Europe (Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg) in which all pictures were hipstamatics. It was called 'down here | up there' and hosted at the Galerie Terre Rouges (Kulturfabrik, www.kulturfabrik.lu).
